Fruition Sciences propose un nouveau service d'information grâce à l'utilisation de technologies récentes. Le suivi du contenu en eau de la vigne en temps réel est rendu possible par le biais d'un accès à internet. Cette information permet d'optimiser la maturation du fruit et aide les oenologues à raisonner la date et le volume des irrigations déclenchées sur le vignoble. L'objectif de Fruition Sciences est de fournir l'information et les outils nécessaires pour améliorer la gestion de l'eau dans le vignoble afin de produire un fruit haut de gamme, qui murit dans des conditions similaires d'un millésime sur l'autre.

Présentation de vous même

Je suis docteur en viticulture et ingénieur agronome. Je suis également œnologue.
J'ai travaille en tant qu'œnologue dans diverses régions viticoles (Australie, Chili, France, Californie) avant d'être engage pendant 5 ans par Robert Mondavi Winery dans la Napa valley en tant que responsable du programme R et D en viticulture. J'ai également travaillé avec UC-Berkeley et collaboré avec la NASA en tant que chercheur en viticulture.
Pendant ma thèse, j'ai étudié la consommation en eau de la vigne sur différents vignobles californiens haut de gamme dans le but d'optimiser l'irrigation.
